REFUND POLICY FOR FAPA 2018

Refunds may be requested by sending a message to the FAPA 2018 Registration Committee (register.fapa2018@gmail.com).

Refunds are permitted for the following reasons:
n

- n
Sickness or pregnancy, upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
n
- n
Cancellation or rescheduling by airlines , upon submission of proof of cancelled flight
n
- n
Double booking, upon verification of the registration committee.
n
- n
School requirement for students requiring their attendance, upon presentation of letter from faculty
n

For participants to receive 100% refund of their registration fee, they must contact the FAPA 2018 Registration Committee one month before the congress (on or before September 24, 2018).
n
- n
Participants who will request for a refund of their registration fees after September 24, 2018 shall only receive a portion of their registration fees:

- n
September 25, 2018 to October 15, 2018 = 50% of the registration fee
n
- n
October 16, 2018 to October 22, 2018 = 20% of the registration fee
n

Requests for refund starting October 23, 2018 will NOT be accepted.
n
- n
Any deductions incurred due to transaction or processing fees in the website will not be shouldered by the organizing committee. Onsite claiming of refunds will NOT be allowed.

Difference between the estimated refund amount and the actual refund amount may happen due to changes in currency exchange rate. The organizing committee shall not be held liable should there be a deficiency upon exchange to your local currency.

Kindly allow the organizing committee 5-7 working days to process your refund.

Participants will be notified through email once the refund has been made.

Transactions made through Paypal (credit/debit card) may take up to 30 days before funds are reflected in your account.
