I have already paid the registration fee. How will I know if I am already a participant?

You will receive TWO emails during the registration process:

  1. (1) containing your registration information and

  2. (2) confirmation of your transaction with Paypal.

 

Once you have received both, you are officially a registered participant to the FAPA Congress.

I don’t have a Paypal account.

You DO NOT need to have an account with Paypal to pay your registration fee. After submitting your registration information, simply click “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” on the Paypal website and enter your information.

I haven’t completed the payment of my registration fee via the Paypal website because I didn’t have a credit card when I registered. When I was ready to pay, I couldn’t find how to pay with Paypal.

Simply fill out the registration form again. You will be redirected to the Paypal website upon submission of your registration information.

I am using the credit card of my colleague to pay. Is it alright if the payment made through Paypal is under a different name?

The registration system automatically links your registration information and payment information. As such, there is no need to worry about your registration being declined.

I have not received any confirmation email from FAPA or Paypal.

Does FAPA 2018 have CPD units?

CPD units for FAPA 2018 are still being worked on. The number of units would depend on the FAPA member association applying for it and may differ per country. Rest assured that it will be announced once the information is available.

Is there a discount for Senior Citizens or Persons with Disability (PWD)?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide discounts for senior citizens and persons with disability.

Our office is sponsoring our registration fees for the congress. Can we register as a group?

I am suddenly unavailable during the dates of the congress. Will I be able to have a refund for my registration fee?

You will be required to pay additional fees for the accompanying person. Kindly contact the registration team via email at register.fapa2018@gmail.com stating your concern.

The registration team shall have your registration fees refunded (Refund Policy HERE). Both pharmacists (originally registered pharmacist and accompanying pharmacist) will have to repeat the registration process again as individual participants.

I have already registered and would like to have an accompanying person with me to the congress.
