Ms. Leonie Ocampo (Philippines)nn	I will commit to share to FAPA  my time, effort and expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of FAPA initiatives. Bringing in my experience as an academic, practitioner, researcher and pharmacy leader, I will ensure that I will be a potent contributor to the discussions and solution building that may forward policy options, educational interventions, and practice models that may address the challenges in the profession across settings in many parts of Asia . nn nnAs a pharmacist from the Philippines, I wish to share the unique lessons we had as well as the practical strategies we have employed to overcome overwhelming limitations in the country, to effect changes in pharmacy education and practice. The perspectives I will bring in are grounded on the reality of constraints and value of innovation. nn nnFrom my experiences and  learnings in working with various organizations – academe, pharmaceutical industry, civil society, professional associations, international organizations, and funding agencies, I am hoping I will be able to present novel ideas and workable options that may serve the FAPA member countries, the pharmacists and ultimately our patients. Mr. Subodh Priolkar (India)nnnnMr. Subodh Priolkar (2016 Ishidate Award – Pharmaceutical Industry)	From July 1, 2016, I shall have additional responsibility of South East Asia region in addition to my current responsibility of South Asia region. Thus I shall be travelling to FAPA countries on regular basis.nnI shall connect with Individual Pharmaceutical Associations of each country, get in touch with their Office bearers. I shall interact with them with focus on Pharmaceutical Industry in their region. I shall try to create awareness and try to upgrade the standards of Pharmaceutical Industry in their region. This can encompass cGMP environment, regulations, technology. I shall also try to interact with regulators in their countries and try to foster a partnership with Indian regulators. Finding out their unmet needs, training programmes can be organized to upgrade the standards of the FAPA region.nn nnContinuous education programme with various modules depending on the area of interest can be designed with University in the region and can be rolled out for the benefits of the region.
