Passing of former FAPA president, Mr. K.C. Chen
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. K.C. Chen on August 1, 2022. He has been part of the FAPA Bureau from 1995 to 2006 and served as its president from 1999 to 2002.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues who are mourning this great loss.
